Bank of Rio Vista hosts a bank-wide staff appreciation program: "RIO" Awards!!! or "Recognizing Improvements in Operations".  Under this program, we recognize employees that demonstrate excellence in improving bank operations.  This could include anything from developing more efficient and effective ways of handling bank operations, to providing exceptional customer service, or even through demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills and teamwork.

I am pleased to announce that the Bank of Rio Vista's very first "RIO AWARD" is a group award granted to the Valley Springs branch staff for excellent customer service.  Congratulations to: Ashley Bentz, Janet Matthews, Joanne Israel, Lisa Frey and Page Zachary!!!!

Bank of Rio Vista's second "RIO AWARD" is a group award granted to the Walnut Grove branch tellers.  Congratulations to: Arleen Ainsworth, Donna Ciaramitaro, Gloria Becerra, Jean Caples, Kenia Arriaga, and Tricia Dale. 

We are proud to announce the recipient of the latest Rio Award goes to Elvia Coronado, Loan Operations Manager!!!  During the past several months, Elvia has been instrumental in the successful transition phase of the lending department as we brought in a new CCO and continued our aggressive pursuit of loan improvement.  Elvia kept the department moving smoothly.
