Report your lost or stolen card during business hours by calling Customer Service at 707-374-6856.

Key things to remember if you lose or suspect your card has been stolen:

  • Report the loss immediately using the numbers listed above. The longer you wait to report, the higher risk of loss to you.

  • Report any unauthorized activity on the card that you are aware of.

  • It will take up to 10 business days for a replacement card to be delivered.

  • Remember to keep your personal identification number (PIN) strictly confidential and secure, sharing it with no one.

  • If wish to change your PIN, come into any Bank location.
